The main frames are crafted from 16mm and 4mm First Quality MDF Boards, ensuring a robust and enduring structure.Following careful profiling and measurement, the MDF parts undergo a wrapping phase with PU glue and wood-decorated High-Gloss PVC foils, tailored to match the product types seamlessly.To enhance both aesthetics and durability, the inner and outer playing surfaces are treated with High Glossy (95%) Acrylic UV Cured Varnish, providing a smooth and resilient finish that is resistant to yellowing, solvents, odors, and vapor.In place of traditional metal clips, our sets feature high-grade Neodymium Magnets for secure closure, offering both convenience and sophistication.Optional accessories are available, including plastic, acrylic, or polyester chips, larger dices, doubling cubes, and dice cups, which vary depending on the specific product models. This allows for a customized gaming experience tailored to individual preferences.With our Premium Backgammon sets, you can enjoy both the durability of premium materials and the luxury of fine craftsmanship for an elevated gaming experience.
