For our Classic Red Marble Chess & Backgammon sets, we prioritize both quality and durability in their construction. The main frames are crafted from 12mm and 4mm First Quality MDF Boards, ensuring they maintain their rigid shape and form over time.Following profiling into various forms and measurements, the MDF parts undergo a wrapping phase with PU glue. The wrapping includes wood-decorated or plain colored alkorcell foils, consistent with the specific product types, enhancing their aesthetic appeal.The inner and outer playing surfaces are treated with a High Glossy (95%) Acrylic UV Cured Varnish. This coating is non-yellowing and free from solvents, smells, and vapors, ensuring a pristine and durable finish.To secure the set, we’ve replaced traditional metal clips with high-grade Neodymium Magnets, offering a reliable closure.Additionally, our sets offer optional accessories such as plastic, acrylic, and polyester chips, larger dices, doubling cubes, and dice cups, depending on the specific product models. With these features, our Classic Chess & Backgammon sets provide a timeless combination of elegance and functionality for an enjoyable gaming experience.
